MEMBERSHIP »

Membership is open to all currently enrolled Texas A&M University graduate students that are in good academic standing in accordance with university guidelines.
Furthermore, membership is available to any individual, corporation, organization, or
institution interested in supporting the mission, purpose, and goals of the Black Graduate Students' Association.

The fiscal and membership year of the Black Graduate Students' Association shall begin September 1 and end August 31 of the following year.



ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP

A student member of the Black Graduate Student Association shall:
• Be required to satisfy all Texas A&M regulations for graduate students
• Be required to pay the stated dues for the membership year
• Be encouraged to attend all organizational activities
• Receive all the benefits and privileges associated with said status



ORGANIZATIONAL / AFFILIATE MEMBER

An Organizational/Affiliate Member may be any individual, corporation, organization, or institution that is interested in supporting the mission of the Black Graduate Students' Association and has paid the stated dues.

Furthermore, an Organizational/Affiliate Member shall be entitled to all benefits and/or privileges of a student member except for the following: said members cannot hold office or vote at elections for office.
